Terms & Conditions — akai23 Platform Rules

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and akai23. Your use of the platform in any capacity — including browsing without an account — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

These Terms are effective from the date you first access the platform and remain in force for the duration of your Membership. akai23 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time in accordance with Clause 14. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and akai23.

To be eligible to open and maintain an akai23 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your Membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporate entity for the purpose of wagering.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable local law or regulation.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by akai23 or any other gambling operator, that remains in effect at the time of registration.
• You are not a current or former employee of akai23 or any of its affiliated operators, technology providers, or payment processors, nor an immediate family member of such an employee, unless written consent has been granted by akai23 management.
• You are registering only one account for your personal use. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• The funds you deposit are your own and are not derived from any criminal activity, money laundering, or other illicit source.

akai23 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, voiding of pending withdrawals, and permanent closure of the Account.

To access akai23's full product suite — including sportsbook betting, live casino tables, and slot games — you must register a Member Account via the akai23 Login page. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. akai23 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel outside the secure login interface. You must notify akai23 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

akai23 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism-financing (CTF) standards. KYC verification is required before a Member may process their first withdrawal, and may additionally be triggered by large deposit activity, unusual wagering patterns, or as part of periodic account review procedures.

Standard KYC documentation required includes:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National ID (KTP), passport, or driver's licence. The document must be current and clearly legible.
• Proof of Age: Confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older, derived from the date of birth on your submitted identity document.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the preceding 90 days, showing your full name and current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: For bank transfer accounts — a screenshot or statement showing the account number and your name. For e-wallet accounts (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) — a screenshot of the registered wallet profile. For USDT transactions above a specified threshold — wallet address confirmation may be required.

All KYC documents are processed securely in accordance with the akai23 Privacy Policy. Document review is completed within 1–2 business days under normal circumstances. akai23 reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is incomplete or raises compliance concerns.

akai23 supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Indonesian market, including local bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI; e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja; and cryptocurrency transfers via USDT TRC-20.

akai23 reserves the right to delay or decline any deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Member will be notified and may be required to provide additional documentation before the transaction is released.

akai23 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms issued at the time of the offer; in the event of any conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

akai23 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses offered during the Ramadhan fasting month or Idul Fitri period are subject to heightened wagering requirement review due to elevated promotional activity.

All wagers placed on akai23 are subject to the specific rules of the applicable game or event. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the relevant rules. The following general provisions apply across all products:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. akai23 does not accept cancellation requests for wagers already accepted by the system, except in cases of manifest error as described below.
• Sportsbook odds are subject to change up to the moment a wager is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement and confirmed on your bet slip are the odds that apply to that wager.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at akai23's discretion, including during VAR reviews, match stoppages, or technical feed interruptions. Wagers placed before a suspension are honoured; wagers attempted during a suspension are rejected.
• For BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and all other football markets, settlement follows official competition results including added time but excluding penalty shootouts, unless the market is specifically designated as a penalty shootout market.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by the live studio provider's certified equipment and procedures. akai23 has no ability to influence live game outcomes. In the event of a studio-side technical failure during a live game round, the provider's void-round policy applies.
• RNG slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Published RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes on any individual session.
• Manifest Error: akai23 reserves the right to void any wager that was accepted due to a manifest error in odds, game configuration, or system display — including but not limited to pricing errors, software bugs, or data feed failures. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Wallet.

akai23 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of player protection tools, all accessible from the Account dashboard after login. These include deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion.

Members who believe their gambling behaviour is causing personal, financial, or social harm are strongly encouraged to use these tools immediately and to contact the akai23 support team for guidance. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the akai23 platform. Detection of any Restricted Activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using identical or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or wagering market.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, match-fixing, or any form of collusion with other players or with akai23 staff members.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or manifest errors for financial gain.
• Reverse-engineering, copying, scraping, or otherwise misappropriating any part of the akai23 platform, its games, odds feeds, or proprietary data.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing akai23 staff members or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true identity or location.

All content on the akai23 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of akai23 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No licence is granted to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of akai23.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, akai23's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

akai23 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events.
• Losses sustained as a result of the Member's failure to secure their Account credentials or to log out from a shared device.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Indonesian banks, e-wallet operators, or blockchain network congestion.
• Any tax liability incurred by the Member in connection with winnings, which is the Member's sole responsibility to assess and settle with the relevant Indonesian or international tax authority.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

akai23 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

akai23 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with KYC verification partners, payment processors, and fraud-prevention services is shared solely for the purpose of operating a compliant and secure gambling platform.

akai23 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to Members via a notice displayed on the platform homepage or via the registered email address on file. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not change the substance of the Terms) may be made without prior notice.

The version number and "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicate the current version in force. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which akai23 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the akai23 complaints procedure described in Clause 16 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

For the avoidance of doubt, akai23 acknowledges that its primary user base consists of Indonesian residents. Indonesian law does not formally regulate online gambling; accordingly, Members access and use the akai23 platform at their own risk and discretion, and it is their sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their place of residence.
